Ljusdal Municipality’s first wind park inaugurated

The project is the first of several wind parks under development in Ljusdal Municipality.

Svartvallsberget wind park consists of 10 turbines with a total effect of 23 MW. The project cost 300 million SEK to build and is owned by Ownpower. The wind park is situated on land owned by seven different landowners.

Svartvallsberget is the first of 16 wind park projects under developed in Ljusdal municipality, which has excellent potential for wind parks. The projects currently under development have the potential to bring up to 390 wind turbines with a combined effect of up to 1 TW into operation in the municipality.
